The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition and still in their original packaging. We won’t accept products worn, dirty and/or without their original packaging.

Please note that you have 30 days to return your order once you have received it. Items must not have been worn and must be returned in perfect condition with their original packaging. We will not issue exchanges, only refunds. All returns are free of charge.

Return request - France orders: For all orders placed on our website for France, you can download your returns label in the My Account > Order History section on our website.

Returns request - Europe & World orders : For any order placed to Europe and the rest of the world, please make the return request via our Returns Portal here.

For our french customers, your Return Label was added to your customer account on our website. You can also download the PDF file in My Account > Order History (Return label column) section of the website.

For our customers in Europe & outside Europe, please ask your return on Our Return Portal here. A label will then be sent to you. Return will be free of charge.

You will receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days after the reception of your return in our warehouse. We will inform you about the refund process by email.
