Compressport International S.A., in partnership with STRAVA organizes the challenge Wherever You Run as part of a brand challenge on STRAVA platform.

Challenge Overview

Run a minimum of 5km during a week for your run to be counted from February, 15th to February 21st midnight (country local time).

Runners can take part in the Wherever You Run challenge wherever they are, using their GPS tracking. They will then to upload their activities on STRAVA and once the challenge is completed they will receive an email from STRAVA for their chances to win one of the 3 prizes.

Liability and Insurance

You are responsible for your own race and GPS / tracking system. This is not an official competition, it is a virtual, individual, and free operation. Consequently, all runners participate under their own responsibility. Physical activity requires good training and all participants declare that they are healthy and fit for the challenge. By subscribing to the operation, you expressly agree to participate under your own responsibility. You expressly agree to release the organization from any and all liability in connection with your athletic activities and you also agree that in no event shall the organization be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Wherever You Run Challenge.

Sporting rules Compressport Wherever You Run Challenge

You have 7 days to run 5km, for your chance to win one of the 3 running kits offered by Compressport and its partners: Polar, Hoka One One and Overstims.*

*Only Europeans residents are eligible to the draw and participants must be 18 years or over to participate in the draw. By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Compressport reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

You can run more than 5km during this time period to gain as much kilometers as you can. Winners will be chosen on March 1st (one week after the end of the challenge). All participants that upload at 5km-run will complete the challenge and earn their finisher badge Wherever You Run as well as a 10% discount on compressport.com and they will be eligible to the draw to win one of the 3 running kits (providing they meet the challenge requirements).

Geolocation data

The geolocation data that the organization may collect will be used only for the purpose of validating the performance and will be considered as personal data. This information is subject to the same rules as other personal data in terms of access rights for modification and storage duration.

Protection of personal data

Participation in the "Wherever You Run” challenge implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these rules, of the privacy and data use policy and any instructions sent by the organizer to the participants.

GENERAL

a) Compressport Int.SA reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

b) Compressport Int.SA will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.

c) If you have elected to be added to Compressport’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails from Compressport and its distributors with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

d) If you have elected to be added to Compressport’s brand partners email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

e) Compressport will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (Protection of personal data (compressport.com).

f) Each winner’s surname and county will be made available. Each winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Compressport may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.

g) The decision of Compressport regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

h) Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw landing pages, as set out in clause 3(b).

i) With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Compressport is not liable for, and you release Compressport from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize

j) This Prize Draw is run by Compressport Int.SA, it has no affiliation with STRAVA, and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Compressport and not to STRAVA.
