Improving speed and resistance
Whether you train for your first 10K, your first marathon or for ultra-long distances, there are a couple of criteria to keep in mind when choosing your running outfit. Moisture management, comfort, style, lightness, muscle and postural support,... staying comfortable, avoiding blisters, muscular pain and wet clothes will definitely help you gaining speed and resistance, kilometers after kilometers.
Optimal moisture management is key
Whether you run under chilly or very hot conditions, you will want a top that provides optimal moisture management. Wicking moisture away is key to avoid chafing, irritations and wounds. It will also help your natural body temperature regulation system so you don’t overheat or get cold and stay at a optimal temperature. Lastly, what could be more uncomfortable than running with a fully damp and heavy cloth on?
