Sam Laidlow

Born in Bedfordshire, at the age of two, Sam moved to the south of France with his parents, growing up in the Pyrenees where his father Richard set up a triathlon coaching business. Competing in his first triathlon at just 4 years of age, the young Sam´s future was all laid out. Despite race wins across sprint, Olympic, middle distance and long distance, it's the long-course racing where his heart and ambitions truly lie…from silver medal in Kona at the 2022 Ironman World Championships to taking the victory in 2023, the still young French prodigy has some massive goals to keep conquering the sport!
