Beware, the rucksack era may be over! Developed with and for our athletes, the Freebelt Pro trail running belt set off a mini-revolution in the Spring of 2018. It has since been spotted at the pointy end of trail races across the globe. A single, ultra-flexible mesh compartment holds all the equipment, nutrition and personal belongings required for up to 6 hours in full autonomy without bouncing or moving. This includes several Ergoflasks, nutrition, phone, baselayers, rainjacket and more. Folded poles can be locked onto the belt on less-technical sections thanks to dedicated silicone loops. Integrated bib number toggles mean you never have to worry about safety pins again. The ergonomic, discreet black design and stretchable fabric fit all body types, allowing the belt to sit snugly over your hips for total freedom of movement in the upper body. If you are aiming for ultra distance events, the Freebelt can easily be combined with the Ultrun S Pack, evenly distributing weight and removing the need for bigger, heavier packs. It is especially useful when you want more carrying space than pockets without moving to a larger running pack.

What can I carry in the Free Belt Pro?

The single flexible mesh compartment stretches around the waist to hold items such as soft flasks, nutrition, a phone, a baselayer and a lightweight rain jacket. Because the storage runs around the belt, equipment remains easy to access while you are moving. The capacity adapts to what you carry rather than relying on rigid pockets.

Does the Free Belt Pro bounce while running?

The ergonomic design is built to sit snugly around the hips and minimise bouncing or unwanted movement as you run. Its stretch fabric adapts closely to different body shapes, helping keep the load stable while preserving freedom of movement in the upper body.
