RETURN & REFUND

What is the period to return an order?

You have 30 days - after the date of delivery - to return your order.


I didn’t purchase the Compressport product(s) on the official website, can I still return my order to you?

We only accept returns from orders realized directly on our official website: www.compressport.com/


I purchased the product(s) from the Swiss website, can I still return my order to you?

We only accept returns from orders realized directly on our official website: www.compressport.com

For the orders made on the Swiss website, please directly contact the Swiss Customer Service: www.compressport.ch - contact@atoutforme.ch


My item was worn and washed, can I still return it?

The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition and still in their original packaging. We won’t accept products worn, dirty and/or without their original packaging.


How can I return my order to you?

Please note that we only accept returns of products purchased through the COMPRESSPORT brand website.
For warranties and returns for products not purchased on the Compressport brand websites, please contact the retailer where you purchased the items.
For returns or exchanges, please follow the procedure below:

1) Log in to your customer account on our website

2) Go to the "Order history and details" section.

3) Click on "details" for the order you wish to return.

4) Select the product(s) you want to return and provide the reason for the return

Once the request is submitted, you will receive the validation of your return by email. For European orders, you can use the Return Label included in your parcel (in the plastic pocket outside of the box) or download the Return Label through "My Account > Order History" of our website.

For order outside Europe, follow the same return procedure (see below) and wait until our Customer Service sends you the complete procedure by email.

This will ensure a smooth and efficient return process. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us via the contact form.


I haven’t received any return label with my parcel, how can I return my order?

For our european customers, your Return Label was included in your parcel (in the plastic pocket outside of the box). You can also download it in My Account > Order History section of the website.

For our customers outside Europe, please follow the return procedure that was provided to you when you initiated your return request.


When shall I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days after the reception of your return in our warehouse. We will inform you about the refund process by email.


Is the return of my order free of charge?

Returns realized within the European Union are free of charge.

For the rest of the World, we will participate to the return fees up to 15€. Please, make sure to send us the receipt of these charges inside the parcel. We will refund you through the same payment method you used for the purchase on our website or through a voucher (if the amount to refund exceeds the total amount of your order).
