How can I return my order to you?


Please note that we only accept returns of products purchased through the COMPRESSPORT brand website.
For warranties and returns for products not purchased on the Compressport brand websites, please contact the retailer where you purchased the items.
For returns or exchanges, please follow the procedure below:

1) Log in to your customer account on our website

2) Go to the "Order history and details" section.

3) Click on "details" for the order you wish to return.

4) Select the product(s) you want to return and provide the reason for the return

Once the request is submitted, you will receive the validation of your return by email. For European orders, you can use the Return Label included in your parcel (in the plastic pocket outside of the box) or download the Return Label through "My Account > Order History" of our website.

For order outside Europe, follow the same return procedure (see below) and wait until our Customer Service sends you the complete procedure by email.
