MY ORDER

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders made before 11am (French local time) – except weekends and public holidays – are shipped the same day. After this time, orders will be shipped the next day.

How can I find the details of my order(s)?

Further to your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email right after the payment. You can also connect to your personal account on the Compressport website in the section “My account”– “Historic & details of my orders”.


I haven’t received any confirmation email of my order, was it well registered?

Don’t hesitate to look at your spam emails. If you still haven’t received anything, you can connect to your personal account on the Compressport website in the section “My account”– “Historic & details of my orders”.

If necessary, you can contact our Customer Service with as many details as possible: name of the customer, date of the purchase, amount of the order, payment method etc.


I made an order as a guest without creating a Compressport account and I haven’t received any information on my order, what can I do?

If you made an order as a guest and you haven’t received any confirmation email of your order – please contact us by email or by phone with as many information as possible: name of the customer, date of the purchase, amount of the order, country of delivery, payment method etc.


There may have been a mistake in the email address, we will then send you all the information by email.
