For all European orders placed on our website, you can log in to My Account > Order History and click on details for the order you wish to return, select product and reason of return. Once your return is validated (and you receive confirmation) you can use the return label that you can download it in your Account section of the website (My Account > Order history) column Return label. 

For all orders outside Europe, please log in to My Account > Order history and click on Details for the order you wish to return, select the product and provide the reason of return. Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email from the customer service with the procedure.

Each return request will be processed within a maximum of 24-48 hours (this may be extended during sales periods). Products must be in perfect condition in their original packaging, accompanied by the return slip and the invoice

We do not exchange items, we only refund them. Then you can place another order on our website.

Please note that we only accept returns of items purchased on our official COMPRESSPORT website
