2025 Athletes Camp – Girona Edition

This March, Girona became our playground. For a few intense days, trail and triathlon elites gathered for the 2025 Compressport Athletes Camp.

Between trail runs under the Spanish sun, hands-on product workshops, and powerful team moments, it was a deep dive into performance, passion, and innovation.

From testing gear with our R&D team to training with local communities and pushing limits, this camp captured what drives us every day: supporting athletes with purpose, sharing the journey, and shaping the future, together.

DAY 1

The Compressport Athletes Camp 2025 is officially on!

Our trail and triathlon athletes have landed in Girona, Spain, ready for a few intense days driven by performance, innovation, and team spirit.

And what better way to launch the week than with a sunset Community Run?

Alongside over a hundred Compressport community members, we explored the hills surrounding the city on a spectacular route, carried by the energy of passionate runners and that unmistakable golden light.

Good vibes, sunshine, breathtaking views—and to wrap it all up, a post-run pizza shared in great company.

DAY 2

Day two was all about innovation.

Our athletes joined a product development workshop with our R&D team. The goal: collect real-world feedback, fine-tune every detail, and push each piece of gear even further to meet the demands of elite training and racing.

At COMPRESSPORT, gear is never born solely in an office. It takes shape at the crossroads of trails and our Body-Science lab—built by and for athletes.

This session, both technical and deeply human, captured our approach perfectly: design, test, refine — always in close collaboration with those who wear the gear in the field.

The afternoon continued at CENIT, Girona’s renowned performance and sports care center. Functional testing, full-body assessments, personalized advice—because understanding your body is the first step to pushing it further.

Between two analyses, some athletes took advantage of the home trainers and equipment at our base camp to get in an active recovery session.

DAY 3

We kicked off the day with a challenging run up Rocacorba, one of the region’s most iconic climbs. The aim: sharpen sensations, build strength, and lay the groundwork for the season ahead.

Later in the day, we shifted gears with a team-building session away from the usual training setting: a coffee workshop led by a professional barista. Espresso, flat white, cappuccino... A warm, simple moment to connect beyond the trails.

The afternoon was dedicated to a deep dive into performance data, led by the Enduraw team. An immersive workshop focused on how to read, interpret, and apply race metrics to make smarter, more effective decisions—when it matters most.

DAY 4

To close out the camp, we hit the road for a long ride led by former triathlete and Ironman Nice champion Marcel Zamora.

The final ascent of the legendary Rocacorba turned into a thrilling battle, as our athletes pushed each other all the way to the summit—no one backing down.

We wrap up this edition of the Athletes Camp more connected, more driven, and more focused than ever.

Together, always chasing what’s next.
