Personal Trainer Manon Maheo will guide you through exercises focused on building strength, generating speed and recovering to help you on your way to your goals.
Before you startup, don’t forget to warm up for at least 5 minutes! It’s important to properly warm up before exercising to prevent any injuries. Loosen up your muscles and joints of every part. Jog for a minute or march on to get your heart pumping. Stretch yourself and then start with the daily exercise!
EP 01 : EVERY DAY EXERCICES
In this first episode, the goal will be to strengthen and stabilize the whole body, with a variety of functional body exercises. So time to gear up and find a comfortable space to get your ´sweat on´.
EP 02 : RACE SPECIFIC TRAINING
In this 2nd episode, Manon will guide you through a RACE specific workout. The focus will be on cardio, thus increasing our heart rate in order to improve our strength and stamina. This 20 minute workout will use the Tabata method, so working at high intensity for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds for a total of 4 different tabatas to activate all of our muscle groups.Get ready for this one. It might be short but it is guaranteed to get the heart and lungs working. Grab a towel and a bottle of water and let's have some fun…..
EP 03 : RECOVER NOW
This episode includes 25min of gentle movements that are going to stretch and mobilise the hips, ankles, shoulders and spine.This kind of routine is great to help prevent injuries, increase mobility and to recover faster after training. So kick off your shoes, let's relax and recover tired muscles and joints.
