Do you want to join the COMPRESSPORT Youth Trail Team in 2025?

We are opening aplications to join our first ever Youth Trail Team to commence in 2025. A team that aims to bring together promising young athletes in order to grow alongside great leaders in mountain racing. An International team combined of up to 10 athletes aged between 16-21 years will be chosen to be a part of the COMPRESSPORT family.

Guided by the best, chosen athletes will have access to support and advisors to enable them to get the best integration and enjoyment from the sport!

"The team of young athletes will be lead by Carla Ryan (COMPRESSPORT Athlete Manager) who will provide all the support around advices on races, materials and team gatherings.

They will have advice and guideance of their trainings, including sports performance testing by Arnaud Menetrier(COMPRESSPORT Body Science Manager) They will be invited to races and meetings where they can share training experiences and moments with the brand’s elite athletes including Aurélien Dunand-Pallaz and Rosa Lara Feliu. Further getting the chance to be involved in product workshops lead by Jasmin Frank (COMPRESSPORT Product Manager) and communication training by Benedicte Perron (COMPRESSPORT Social Media Manager)

COMPRESSPORT will provide the necessary equipment to the team’s athletes for a period of 12 months."

This evaluation panel will take into account both sporting and personal characteristics.

  • Be between 16 and 21 years old (born on or before Jan 2009 - 2004)
  • Born in France, Swtizerland, Spain, Germany, Italy or the UK,
  • Respect for the mountains, environment and the sport
  • Submit your registration on the link below, from December 16th through January 2nd 2025
  • After evaluating your candidacy, a response will be sent to you between January 27th and 31st, 2025
