AkiliHeart Runners x COMPRESSPORT
We proudly present our partnership with AkiliHeart, an inspiring team of Kenyan runners supported by BraveHeart Coaching, led by Alistair Davidson. Together, we aim to support these athletes to the top of the global marathon stage.
Akili means “Mind” in Swahili. In combination with the word “heart”, we combine two key words in running. As a very famous Kenyan marathon runner once said: "Athletics is not primarily about the legs, it's about the heart and the mind".
BraveHeart Coaching was founded to transform the lives of Kenyan runners. Inspired by the running community in Iten, Kenya, it provides comprehensive support, including financial and educational resources.
COMPRESSPORT supports AkiliHeart by providing high-performance gear to optimize training and competition. Our commitment ensures a perfect synergy between runners and their apparel, guaranteeing their success on the international stage.

Their 1st race: Geneva Marathon supported by COMPRESSPORT
On the 5th of May at Geneva Marathon, COMPRESSPORT support two athletes from the Akiliheart Runners team:
- Asbel KIPKORIR finished in 8th place with a time of 2:23:24. Despite his potential for a faster time, this was a solid performance.
- Martha AKENO did not finish (DNF) the race. She had recently competed in another event and wasn't feeling well enough to perform at her best in Geneva.
