What is the warranty of the Compressport products?

Our Compressport products are warrantied for two years against manufacturing defects and premature use. This warranty doesn’t take into account the usage accidents and/or the bad treatments of our products.

In order to validate the warranty, please make sure to keep the proof of purchase and the defective item.


I purchased my product(s) at one of your resellers (online or in a store), where should I validate my warranty?

Our resellers do not necessarily guarantee our products for two years in accordance with our warranty policy. The warranty policy depends on the warranty policies of each reseller.


I received a defective item, what should I do?

In the unfortunate event you receive a defective item, contact us directly through the contact form – please send us pictures of the defect and the reference of your order.

Please, do not send us the defective item before contacting us.
