MY DELIVERY

What are the delivery times?

We offer two delivery options*:

  • Standard delivery, with Colissimo and their local partners:

- In France: 2 business days

- In Europe: 3 to 4 business days

- Rest of the World: 5 to 7 business days

  • Express delivery, with Chronopost and their local partners:

- In France : 24 hours

- In Europe: 24/48 hours (business days)

- Rest of the World: 2 to 3 business days

*Delivery times apply to orders placed before 11am (Paris time) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning.


What are the delivery costs?
  • In France:

- Orders under 60€: delivery at 5€

- Orders of 60€ and more: free delivery

- Express delivery: 10€

  • In Germany, the UK, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg:

- Orders under 60€: delivery at 5€

- Orders of 60€ and more: free delivery

- Express delivery: 15€

  • Other European country:

- Orders under 120€: delivery at 5€

- Orders of 120€ and more: free delivery

- Express delivery: 15€

  • Rest of the World:

- Orders under 150€: delivery at 10€

- Orders of 150€ and more: free delivery

- Express delivery: 25€


How can I track the delivery of my parcel?

Further to the validation of your order, you will receive the next day a link by email to track the delivery of your parcel.

You can also find the tracking number in your Compressport account: My account – Historic and details of my orders – and then click on “Details” of the order concerned.

If you wish to change the language on the website, please open the web page of the delivery company from a computer – you will find at the top right corner several language options.


There are no updates on the tracking delivery – is the parcel blocked?

The update is automatic, the parcel is flashed as soon as it is in transit. If there are unfortunately no flashes for several days, the arrival of the parcel may be delayed. Don’t hesitate to contact the local delivery company with the tracking number.


Can I modify my delivery address?

If you made a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

In case your parcel already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to modify your delivery address. Your parcel will be returned to our warehouse, we will then contact you to either resend your parcel or refund you.


I wish to be delivered in Switzerland, how can I do?

Our website: www.compressport.com offers deliveries all around the world – excepts to Switzerland.
